1. What is holistic counseling?
Holistic counseling considers your current and past life experiences when creating a plan for your healing. We know that no two people are alike, so we aim to meet you where you are without judgment. Considering all that has made you who you are, we work with you to create a plan to address and heal any aspect of your life and mind-body-spirit.
2. What are your specialties?
We focus on helping adult individuals, couples, and families address anxiety, depression, shame, relationship, and communication issues. Mainly working to help people dealing with shame, depression, and anxiety, we work together to find the source of your triggers, diminish their control over your life and extinguish the symptoms! Essentially, this helps you have a better relationship with yourself and others while living a more present, loving, and abundant life.

3. What do I need to know about virtual therapy?
Virtual therapy is a convenient and accessible platform that puts your healing journey at your fingertips. Ideal if you have a busy schedule, family priorities or enjoy the comfort and security of your home. Using this platform, we successfully work with adults, couples, and families throughout Texas.
Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance, so we take significant measures to protect them. None of your sessions are recorded or kept by us.
Both online and in-person therapy is incredibly successful. The best approach depends on your comfort level. If you'd like to test the online option, you can schedule a free 30-minute consultation.
4. What happens in the consultation?
The consultation is a 30-minute online session directly with Timilia to have a proper introduction, address your questions, assess your needs, and ensure the telehealth platform is appropriate for you. You may request a consultation via the Freedom360 Client Portal.
5. Can Timilia be my Counselor if I live outside Texas?
Timilia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (#76172) in Texas and is therefore certified to service Texas residents. However, in some cases, it depends on where you live. Schedule your free 30-minute consultation to figure out whether your state or country permits online counseling with a provider that lives outside of your area. If not, we're happy to help you identify alternative options. A great resource to find a Therapist in your area is www.PsychologyToday.com.
6. Do you accept insurance?
Freedom360 does not accept insurance as we are an "out of network" provider. Depending on your insurance plan, our counseling services may or may not be reimbursable in whole/part by your health insurance. We can provide you with a superbill with the necessary information upon request.
Reimbursement can depend on the exact coverage of your insurance plan. Call the 1-800 number on your insurance card and ask about the terms of your mental health benefits.

1. What is the Freedom360 Client Portal?
The Freedom360 Client Portal is your one-stop for managing your client profile, accessing counseling sessions, receiving documents, securely communicating with your Counselor, and settling payments and invoices.
2. What technology do I need?
You will need the following for a successful session:
- Computer, tablet, or phone
- Strong and secure internet connection
- Access to the Freedom360 Client Portal and Telehealth mobile app
- Microphone and speaker
- A safe and private environment
Once your Freedom360 client account is created, you will receive information about securely accessing your sessions, documents, homework, billing, and more.
3. How do I access my counseling session?

The easiest way to access your session is by opting in for email reminders. This way, your one-time-use video session link is sent directly to your email, hopefully saving you time and helping to bypass the login process for the Freedom360 Client Portal.
If you do not receive these emails, follow the step-by-step process below:
- To Access on your Laptop/Desktop Computer:
- Access the Freedom360 Client Portal as an existing client & enter your email.
- Click the secure one-time-use link you receive via email.
- Once in the Client Portal, go to the Appointments Page > Scroll to your 'Upcoming Sessions' (bottom of the screen) > Select 'Join Video Call.'
To Access on your Phone/Tablet Device:
- Download the free 'Telehealth by Simple Practice App' (Apple iOS / Android).
- Access the Freedom360 Client Portal as an existing client & enter your email.
- Click the secure one-time-use link you receive via email.
- Once in the Client Portal, go to the Appointments Page > Upcoming Sessions (bottom of the screen) > Select Join Video Call.
4. What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We ask that you cancel or reschedule your session 24 hours in advance via the Freedom360 Client Portal, email, call, or text. Any canceled or rescheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This policy is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
5. How do I cancel/reschedule my session?
Access the Freedom360 Client Portal at least 24 hours before your session to cancel your current session. You will receive text/email confirmation.
Next, request your new appointment date and time from there. We will confirm/deny your request, via text/email, within 24 hours.

6. What are your fees?
The 30-minute initial consultation for new clients is completely free.
After that, each 50-55 minute individual, couple, or family session is $150 per hour.
The Premarital Relationship Toolbox Program consists of ten 100-minute sessions with you and your partner. Each session is $215 per session.
