10. Client Communications & HIPPA Compliance
We use Google Workspace for client and therapist communication, and it is covered under Google’s HIPAA Business Associate Addendum (BAA). This means that all contact between you and us is confidential, HIPAA compliant, and cannot be disclosed to anyone without your permission or court order. All emails, texts, phone calls, and voicemails are protected.
